This week, we were delighted to have our Business Systems Director, Allen Darnell, represent M Group Services as a panellist at the Cavell Summit in London.
The Cavell Summit is a leading event for providers in the cloud communications industry to gain the latest knowledge and insights within the landscape.
We were invited by Ant Morse, Head of Innovation & Account Engagement at VMO2 and joined by the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) and the Department for Work and Pensions on stage to discuss the role of IT services providers, the emergence of AI and the challenges around accessibility of technology and information security.
Speaking on the summit, Allen Darnell said: “Personally, to be able to see and contribute on the topic of AI and emerging technologies for an adjacent industry was mutually beneficial. How cloud communications brands are tackling the fast pace of technology whilst respecting data privacy is not too dissimilar to our own challenges, so a very worthwhile event for us to support.
”We are delighted to have had the opportunity to explain more about how we use IT across our business in front of 400 attendees at the event."
Across M Group Services, we are committed to using innovative technology safely and securely to ensure we deliver an efficient and effective service for our clients and their customers.
