Pat joined Morrison Utility Services in 2003. In March 2019 he was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Morrison Telecom Services. He has over 30 years experience working across the utility and infrastructure sector, specialising in leading large frameworks and capital programmes of work. Pat is a Chartered Civil Engineer (MICE) and member of the Institute of Directors.
Bryan joined Morrison Utility Services at the formation of the division in March 2019. Prior to this appointment Bryan has held a number of senior finance positions in the utility sector over the last 6 years, at Balfour Beatty and Veolia, and prior to this across other sectors including retail, hospitality, training, and facilities management. Bryan is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Kate joined Morrison Utility Services in 2004 as a streetworks administrator and has since undertaken a number of roles across Business Process & Systems, Electric, Water and Gas contracts. She moved to join the telecoms division in 2016 as General Manager Operations Centre and has most recently been promoted to a role of Head Of Delivery & Improvement in 2019. Her main responsibilities are to ensure delivery and performance on our NEMSA contract across the Southern region and to build a strong relationship with the OR partner management team. Kate has a BSC (Hons) in Regional Science from Reading University and is a qualified Lean Six Sigma Black belt.
Chris started his career as an Officer in the RAF before taking on HR roles in the education sector and as a HR Business Partner for Marshall Motor Group. He joined Magdalene in 2016 as their HR Director and, following their acquisition by M Group Services in September 2017, he transferred to Morrison Utility Services in order to support the BT and Openreach contract. Now heading up the HR function for Morrison Telecom Services, he is responsible for shaping and delivering the Telecom people strategy.
Allen Darnell joined Morrison Utility Services in 2005 and has managed IT and business change across all utility sectors including gas, water, telecom, electricity and metering. Allen’s most recent appointment as Head of IT and Business Performance Improvement for the Telecoms Division came in October 2018. Allen is responsible for process & system development, IT infrastructure & support, research & innovation and onshore & offshore back-office operations.
Having been with Morrison Telecom Services since 2004, facilitating a wide variety of lead Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) roles that has lead him to his current position as SHEQT Director for Morrison Telecom Services. Richard is a chartered member of IOSH and has 30 years of experience operating within the utility and infrastructure sectors.
